Long-term dynamic monitoring and periodic performance assessments are implemented for all upstream partners. Our core evaluation criteria include: ontime delivery, component authenticity,quality reliability, order accuracy, order fulfillment performance and return policy.

Our comprehensive internal‑and‑external testing system verifies that all incoming components are brand‑new, authentic,and fully compliant with original manufacturer specifications before delivery to customers.
In‑house Systematic Quality Review
Our dedicated quality‑control team performs full‑range inspection for every incoming batch of components. Prior to shipment, we validate conformance against industry standards. The inspection scope covers packaging integrity, label authenticity, ESD protection compliance, MSL moisture‑sensitivity requirements and other critical details. All inspection records are archived for full traceability.
Mitigating Counterfeits
We cross‑reference received components against official datasheets and original reference samples, identifying any anomalies in pin condition, package dimensions, device marking and outer appearance. Strict multi‑step visual and document verification procedures help us filter out suspicious parts and mitigate counterfeit risks, backing up our quality promise to customers.
Third‑Party Laboratory Testing
For projects with high‑reliability and strict compliance expectations, we work together with accredited independent third‑party laboratories. We coordinate sample submission and full testing procedures alongside external institutions. Objective screening and formal test reports will be completed prior to delivery, to meet industry norms as well as customers’ customized traceability and quality requirements.
